Timeline

1965

John was born in Ilwaco, Washington on December 19, 1965.

1974

Moved from Port Chester, N.Y. to Cooper City, Florida when John was 9 years old.

1981

November 27, 1981, John was diagnosed with an inoperable brainstem tumor.

1999

On January 5, 1999, John was in a car accident with his brother Billy and Billy's son, Tyler. John hit his head in the accident and the blow to his head started his tumor growing again. His condition deteriorated from that day on.

2000

John passed away on May 21, 2000, at his families home in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
